By creating an account or using SwoleQuest ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use SwoleQuest.
SwoleQuest is a fitness tracking platform that gamifies your workouts through an XP and leveling system. Features include workout logging, nutrition tracking, streak tracking, achievements, leaderboards, and integrations with third-party fitness apps.
SwoleQuest is currently in Early Access. Features may change, be added, or be removed at any time.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately via Discord if you believe your account has been compromised.

SwoleQuest integrates with Strava, Fitbit, Google Fit, and Discord. By connecting these services, you authorize SwoleQuest to access your data from those platforms in accordance with their respective terms and privacy policies. SwoleQuest is not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies.
You can disconnect any integration at any time via Settings.
You own your fitness data. We store it to provide the Service and do not sell it to third parties. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time via Settings → Danger Zone.

SwoleQuest is currently free to use. We may introduce paid features or plans in the future. If we do, existing users will be notified in advance and any changes will be clearly communicated before taking effect.
Voluntary support via Ko-fi is appreciated but never required and provides no advantage within the Service.
SwoleQuest is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of data loss. SwoleQuest is not a medical or health service — always consult a qualified professional before making changes to your diet or exercise routine.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwoleQuest and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or loss of fitness progress records.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of SwoleQuest after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
